A coordinator responds within 15–30 minutes of the request, at any hour of the day or night. Same-day and AOG requests are routine, not exceptions.
Do crew need a credit card at check-in in Madrid?
No. Crew check in on a branded voucher and the room, taxes and agreed inclusions are billed to Hotels Worldwide, then to the operator on a single invoice.
